Information Technology (IT)

Requirements:
* Male / Female, Max 26 years old
* Holding diploma degree of Computer Science and having experience minimum 1 year
* Good in handling PC troubleshooting, installation and networking (LAN)
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Fixed term 3 months contract
* Will be placed in Jakarta

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (code: KAM)

Purpose:
As the Key Account Manager, you are playing the role to link key accounts and company as well as anticipating and understanding the client's need and reaching mutual business agreement and benefit. You will also responsible in sales as well as planning and managing the full relationship between business and its most important customers, and engaging variety of tasks including but not limited to project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities, keeping record of transaction of sales and purchase of goods.

What We Require from You:

* Having at least 5 years of experience as Key Account Manager in consumer care / OTC business products with strong network in modern channel and local accounts.
* Excellent command in English is a must.
* Good territory knowledge.
* Having the ability to maintain smooth and excellent communication with distributors
* Having good knowledge on trading terms, business plan, promotion activities, service level and stock management.
* Good in project planning, execution and reporting.
* Bachelor degrees, preferrably in Sales, Marketing and related field.
* Strong experience in people management
* Positive attitude and high integrity

That's exactly what happens to Cydcor Community Service that has donated and sent 27 boxes containing items needed by the US soldiers in conflicted areas in Iraq and Afghanistan. The boxes are donated through Any Soldier, a community philanthropy group which focuses on helping American soldier getting required items and letters from home and loved ones. The boxes were filled at the company's main headquarters at Westlake Village, California, based on the list of requests which had been sent by the soldiers earlier.

The reason for Cydcor to participate in the social work is because the company realizes that the soldiers have risked everything and put themselves on the first line of danger to protect people they love back home. They have done a lot of good things for the country. That's why the company feels that it's time for them to give back. They want to help as much as they can and make significant difference, no matter how small or how simple it is. It's touching how simple items can be meaningful for people battling the war in the front line of chaos. They request for newspapers, magazines, toiletries, food, and most of all, letters from the loved ones. The continuous and prolong conflict in Afghanistan and Iraq have made the deployment rate high and even increase from time to time. There's a total 1,370,000 soldiers being active on duty in over 150 countries throughout the world.

Cydcor itself has been an active participant in social work. The company has taken part in many social activities and in philanthropy groups, such as Los Angeles' base Children's Hospital and also Casa Pasifica in California. The company's 220 sales representatives have been donating more than 200 hours of their time in about 15 different social organizations.
