Senior Marketing for Engineering Consultancy (placed in Jakarta)

Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably in Environmental or Civil
* Having work experiences as Marketing/Business Development for Consultancy service
* Having good knowledge and work experiences in Engineering Projects Fluent in English speaking & writing (able to make good English report)
* Computer literate

Sales/Presales for IT (ERP) Consultancy Services

Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering or Accounting
* Having work experiences as Sales or Presales for ERP Consultancy Services
* Having work experiences and good knowledge about ERP software
* Fluent in English speaking & writing.

Director of Sales & Marketing (88497)
Job Specification:

* Develops the sales strategy for his or her sector in accordance with sales department policy. In doing this, he or she must use the all the systems available to put in place a suitable sales organization whilst seeking new directions for sales growth. He or she must also review the marketing campaigns conducted.
* Analyses and checks the growth of the market in his or her sector, producing monthly reports, setting management indicators, analyzing statistics and managing a budget
* Promote the hotel in the assigned territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions.
* To set and meet the objectives, sales target and budgeted revenue.
* To develop and maintain relationship with key and potential accounts.
* To draw up the hotel sales and marketing related activities and strategic planning.
* To be responsible for the regular review, update and training of staff.
* To ensure that all client requests and servicing are attended to and fulfilled by all sales personnel and administration staff.

Job Profile:

* Has experience minimal 1­2 years in similar position preferable in hotel or leisure industry,
* Possesses strong leadership and develop team,
* Has capability in training/facilitating people, has good communication & analytical skill,
* Has good English level (written and spoken),
* Good listener, dynamic and well organized
* Persevering and dedicated to your guests,
* Able to manage expenses within budget constraints to enhance profitability,
* Good selling ­ negotiation and presentation skill, hotel Sales Experience
