* Dapat berorganisasi sanggup dan bekerja keras

POWER PLANT

Level : Operator Boiler
Posisi : power plant
Pendidikan : SMK Teknik/Sederajat
Pengalaman : 3 tahun menangani powerplant (Boiler Basis)
Usia Min : 30 tahun

Level : Section Head Boiler
Posisi : Power plant
Pendidikan : S1 Mechanical Engineering (Conversion Energy)
Pengalaman : 5 tahun

Persyaratan :
* Dapat mengoperasikan BoilerCFB / Chain Grate dengankapasitas 40-75ton
* Memiliki lnterpersona yang skill kuat dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
* Dapat berorganisasi dan sangup bekerja keras

SALES/MARKETING INTERIOR

The Successful Applicant
You have at least 3 years of proven track record in sales and project experience in selling. You are a strong team player and is able to work well in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines. To succeed in this role, you must be results driven, commercially savvy with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Job Description/Requirements:

You will come with:
* Female, D3 or S1 in Interior Design & Management
* Experiences in Sales & Marketing
* Outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and people skills
* Good Track record in meeting and exceeding sales target
* Strong experience in developing opportunities, following leads, prospecting and producing sales
* Good Personality
* Proficient in computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office
* Willingness to travel
* Able to work independently, self-motivated, creative and result-oriented
* Could speak and write English
* Excellent in communication and presentation skills

INTERIOR/EXHIBITION DESIGNER

QUALIFICATIONS :
* Male / Female
* Bachelors or S1 Degree in Architectural / Interior Design
* Able to operate with 3D Studio Max/Viz and AutoCAD 2D/3D, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Vray.
* Understand building construction, standard materials, and preferred advanced analyze and design concepts including computerized design calculations is a plus
* Experience as Interior Designer min 1 year
